I've been seeing Mechlin for a variety of services over the past year and my skin has never looked better! She has been so helpful in figuring out what treatments my skin will respond best to and figuring out a game plan for getting my skin in shape. The facility is clean and convenient and I will continue to come here (and recommend to friends) for any skincare needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Lauren Runnels at AYA's Decatur location. She listened to my concerns and answered my endless questions! Lauren was patient, friendly, and understanding for my first time trying the [RHA] lip filler. She accomplished a very beautiful, natural look and followed-up repeatedly to make sure I was happy and comfortable with the results. Go see her! You won't regret it.

I’ve been here twice and cannot say enough about Lauren. She’s a skilled RN anesthetist with a knack for natural looking aesthetics. Everyone is personable, there’s no high pressure sales or suggestions that you need more than what you’re asking for, and the entire atmosphere is relaxed and very inviting. I don’t even live in GA but this is my preferred, go-to med spa. Appointments and parking are very easy and prices are competitive.
