My wife has been a patient for 10 years, and got me to go about 6 years ago. I hate taking unnecessary meds and masking symptoms, and Dr. Robbins approaches treatment very similarly. She invests time with you, asks questions, and actually listens to her patient. She recommends dietary changes and natural remedies rather than writing a prescription for every ailment. The entire staff is friendly and treats my family like family. It's refreshing to have a doctor we trust to put care in our healthCARE.

I am a third-year medical student and recently completed a six-week rotation with Dr. Robbins. While I was not a patient, I had the opportunity to work with 100+ of her patients over six weeks time. It was an incredible relief to see a physician approach each patient individually and assess their history and formulate a treatment plan holistically. The office feels more like a family, and as a patient, you get the opportunity to feel welcomed in that family. Most of the patients came because of her holistic approach, and most of them have stayed in the practice for many, many years. Dr. Robbins and her staff listen and care about their patients' health and well-being. I am grateful for my experience in the office and will allow it to serve as inspiration for my future practice.

Wish I had a great experience to share. Made an appointment on January 30, 2020. They explained that a $25 will be collected for all new patients I agreed, but was somewhat hesitant when I was told I cannot cancel my appointment as the $25 will not be refundable. I asked even if I do 48-72 hrs in advance I was told no. (free country should not be held hostage). What is upsetting is my appointment was not until the middle of March upon checking my Health Spending Account my card was already charged from the day of the appointment and I was not even seen by the Doctor. My card should not be charged until I show up for my appointment or no show. Wondering how many people were conned out of their co-pay.

I trust Dr. Robbins with my husband and my health concerns. We've been going to her for 15 years, and we know that she will work to get to the source of what's ailing us instead of simply diagnosing us and throwing medications at us. She always has a smile and listens to our concerns. She is a true gem in this industry.

I gave it a one because I like the building. Otherwise, coming here was a medical nightmare. I spent the morning crying in their parking lot trying to figure out why I drove an hour out of my way to a "holistic" doctor who had an assistant tell me they would take my insurance (the day before)....when I arrived there after driving an hour and wasting gas another assistant came out to say they refuse to take my insurance!!! I was beyond upset and the disorganization is crazy. Their response to this whole confusion (caused by them) was a simple, snarky....sorry. Please do not waste your time with this place...you will regret it. Trust.

Best doctor visit ever ! Awesome and down to earth doctor who actually cares about your health. She actually spends time with you (unlike some doctors who you will spend 6 min with after a 45 min wait) and listens to your bodily issues and has an action plan for how to treat and or fix it. My whole family goes there and we love her !

The Robbins Health Alliance offers a holistic approach to medicine that is not done by most doctors. Dr. Robbins treats the whole person and causes not just a dis-ease. She has helped me find natural treatments for an auto-immune condition when were other doctors failed or wrote me off as being crazy. She recommended an allergy test that cost $1000. At first I didn't want to do it but I was glad I did because otherwise I won't have found out some of my health problems were from a chemical in the Round-Up that's in my garage, chemicals in the cleaning products I used weekly, and foods I was eating everyday. No other doctor made that connection in over 15 years!! I would have still been sick if I didn't do that test. You know a doctor cares when she gives you homework and EXPECTS results from you. She will get on you when she knows you aren't doing the right things for your health but it is because her passion is REAL. There can be a long wait to see her (more talkative people like me) and she doesn't take all insurance plans (no Humana :-( ) but I don't mind paying cash to get the best care I get. I also like going to a clinic where everyone knows me and my family. They sent flowers when my mom died which they didn't have to do since she was never a patient. I recommend this clinic to anyone who wants to get off medication, has an autoimmune condition and is really ready for a lifestyle change. If you want a doctor who just gives you refills whenever you want them without coming in to see them this is not the clinic for you. Tried that when I first came and that wasn't happening. Dr. Robbins doesn't do that drive-thru medicine stuff. She treats celebrities from the pictures in the office so I feel like I'm in good company!

I just called to try and make an appointment and hopefully become a new patient. I asked a simple question to see if they take my insurance, and whoever answered, after immediately placing me on a rather long hold, asked me which one of the two types I have repeating a few times, "because there's a difference." When I told her which one she said no curtly and again said there's a difference. Each time she said it was a bit condescending and with an attitude. I was going to make an appointment with then anyway, but now I'm not because I don't want to go somewhere that there front desk speaks in such a way to a new potential client. Please take a moment to speak with your employees about customer service.
