Oak Street Health Stone Mountain Primary Care Clinic

I was looking for a doctor for my mother. At Oak Street I found a whole care team! Everyone was a delight to my mother and me. You make care giving easy. Thank you Oak Street Health!

It started when I was greeted on the way in by one of their transportation services driver (which did not know they had) with a warm good morning ☀️! It continued with a warm professional sign in, followed by a thorough, and exciting informational session with a Patient Representative Manager explaining Oak St. operations, how they coordinate with your insurance & other benefits for their patients! The provider was very informative & thorough as well. The staff is caring & warm like wise. I like their concept of focusing on mature adults! We need that special touch of attention as we mature. ☺️. I had a Great visit.

My only concern is the lack of a patient portal like the one I enjoy with Emory and Piedmont. The portal is called My Chart and is very helpful to me.
I hope Oak Street considers adding a patient portal sooner rather than later.
