Melwood Cemetery has been caring for loved ones for over 60 years. The cemetery's staff is described as caring, sensitive, and respectful, making the process of laying a loved one to rest easy and compassionate. The grounds are well-maintained and beautiful. Melwood has handled various services, including graveside services, with professionalism and dignity, coordinating with funeral homes and military personnel to ensure a respectful and meaningful experience.
Dealing with the loss of a loved one is hard enough. Melwood Cemetery has been taking care of our loved ones for over 60 years. We recently buried my mother in January and Melwood made the whole process very easy and everyone involved was very respectful and compassionate.
Melwood cemetery workers are really caring and sensitive to our needswhen we laid our mother's body to rest. The grounds are well cared for and is beautiful! We are truly grateful for the warmth that we experienced in Melwood!
Melwood handled my father-n-law's grave side service with the highest level of professionalism and dignity. The area was prepared beautifully for a Veteran's Service with the walkway for the Pallbearers, family and attendees lined with American Flags. The family seating was draped with Flag colors as well. They coordinated with our funeral home and the military Color-Guard to aid in the overall service. Melwood made a really bad day a little brighter and will always be grateful. We have several family members there and they take excellent care of the facilities.
