When I checked Ty and Morgan welcomed me as if I was a regular. We talked briefly and they were personable and kind When my earbud fell under a machine Morgan smiled and said no problem got Marilyn and Ty to retrieve.and reassured me that this had happened before. Other members were quite pleasant. This is what I know from my professional executive experience, if the employees are seem pleased and happy to work for a business that that usually filters down to the customers.

This LA Fitness is so clean and so much fun! Leon was kind and friendly and allowed me to enter even though my membership was in another state. From the Zumba classes to the cycle classes to the Juice/smoothie bar; I enjoyed myself and will definitely come back again !
