I saw Penny for a quick weave. I showed up on time for the appointment and waited an hour. According to her I have the time incorrect. Customer service is very poor and no apology for the discrepancies. After the first week my quick weave was very loose and a few days later it fell off my head. She took no accountability for the poorly installed weave and told me if I don't care about the health of my hair, I can use glue to reattach it and this is to be expected with a quick weave. I have been wearing quick weave for up to 6 weeks and this never happened nor is my hair damaged. She offered no help for her poorly installed work. I had work the next day and my daughter had to come over to help me...she is very ghetto, insensitive and unprofessional in your face type of personality. Very hoodish...a lady came in while I was there requesting Services to locks and after she left they laughed at het asking why would she want that on her head. I don't think Penny knows how to properly install a quick weave. I had a follow appointment with her that I didn't keep. Accountability and an apology goes a long way.
