5 stars! Every time I call the office, I’m able to speak with someone right away. There have been two occasions where I called with a last-minute request, and the team was able to assist me without any issues. The staff is always so friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service!

Dr. Hammid and the staff are so kind and provide excellent service. Dr Taylor on the other hand is very rude. She doesn’t speak when she walks in the room and does not interact with children whatsoever. She barely spoke to me and told me any feedback. At the end of her checking my daughter, she just walked out of the room with no explanation while I waited on a prescription that she didn’t even tell me anything about. She handed me the prescription and still didn’t say anything. Thankfully another staff member assisted. I’ve been coming here for 9 years with all 4 of my kids! I’ve never experienced anything bad! I call and bother these people so much they never catch an attitude! You guys are my family now 🤣 the Baptiste and Allen family love yall!
