My body guy for life! A plate fell off the bottom of my truck, I lift it into the shop and they fixed it for me for free. When I tried to give him 100 bucks they refused. I’ve used this body shop twice before, highly recommend.

They did a really good job on my car. I did a walk around on July 3rd and the car was supposed to be done on July 25th, but they managed to get it don’t a week early (july 18th). Aaron did a really good job explaining to me what will be done with my car during the walk through and he put my tag back on when the car was all done. Jason explained to me what all was done to my car and made sure I am always welcomed back. Raychelle always kept me updated and help emailed some photos for my insurance company.

I dropped my car off at Friendship Body Paint on July 9 and was told the estimated pickup date was July 23. Then on July 16, they suddenly told me it would be ready by July 21—only to call me a few hours later and say, “Actually, it’s ready now, come get it tomorrow.”
So I rearranged my schedule, showed up on July 17, and not even an hour after driving off, all my dashboard lights came on. To top it off, they left my front cover hanging off.
They clearly rushed the job and didn’t care about quality or safety. Now I have to go deal with new issues THEY created. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody who wants their car fixed right the first time. This was careless and unprofessional.
