So James & team are by far the most professional, courteous and responsvie carpet cleaning group I've ever worked with. I had just moved to Georgia and gotten my phone stolen. Not only did James work with me via yelp message email to get one of his associates out to where I was but he had the associate ready to go the day after the 4th of July. The first time they came out , they were unable to get the hose to my apartment ( due to how far my apartment was from the deck), but James had notified me that he would be sending another associate the very next day with a portable cleaner & longer cord. Carlos ( the 2nd associate) came today, was super professional,friendly and got the job done in less than 30 minutes. I had 2 bedrooms and 2 walk-in closests done and the price was super reasonable. I not only highly recommend them for their services but will use them as my defacto carpet cleaning service.
