This was my first time going to Jackie, and from the moment I walked in, her customer service was so welcoming and genuine. She instantly made me feel comfortable and heard. I had never worn a short style before, but my hair was damaged and I knew it was time for a fresh start.

I was a first time client.I saw Jackie's post on TikTok. Like Atlanta fashion, the styles were trendy and well done. Unfortunately I didn't read the Google reviews until after I had made my appointment. As a business owner, I'd expected customer service to have improved based on previous reviews. But I had the same experience. My appointment was for Saturday 7:30 a.m. I arrive 2 or 3 minutes late; there were 2 customers waiting, one in the chair. There was no greeting, there was no water offered; no coffee, cappuccino, nothing. Time is money. I too waited 2 hours without explanation or apology.
