The air quality report is difficult to understand, so I called the number in order to speak to someone who could explain the severity of the report. Lori answered and said he’s unable to provide guidance but could take a message for a technician, which I agreed to. I began to summarize the issue for the message and he cut me off and repeated that he could take a message. Confused, I said I was leaving the message, and he responded in a condescending way. He did not let me know when I might hear back and the call experience did not reassure me from the stress of not knowing if the lab report results were serious. Monica and Tim were amazing with addressing the issues I faced with suspecting there was mold in my house. The prices were reasonable and they were beyond professional and knowledgable. I truly enjoyed their services and will come back if I see other issues.
