“The 5 stars is not just for the cut, but for the graciousness, patience and professionalism I experienced with Lace. I went in with some photos and a vague idea of what I wanted, showed them to her and she zoomed in on one that we agreed upon. Well, I balked at it when Lace was done. She worked with it a bit, but I just couldn't put my finger on why I was not happy with it. Lace was exceptionally patient and understanding, though she seemed confused as to why I wasn't happy. Everyone in the area thought it looked great, too. She had given me the cut, but I guess it just didn't look like I had envisioned. So, Lace suggested I give it a day or two, work with it and she offered to fix it if I was still unhappy, despite the fact that she had given me the exact cut we'd agreed on. Well, without further belaboring the point, I got home, worked with it a TINY bit - and it was PERFECT! I mean, Lace NAILED the cut - I just couldn't see it at first. It's exactly what I had wanted! She deserves high praise, not just for her talent, but for such grace under fire, due to my lack of understanding. I absolutely LOVE the cut and am extremely grateful to Lace for being so sweet, patient and understanding with me.“
