I booked a last minute Therapeutic massage with Jennifer. (They had someone reschedule) and they were able to fit me in.I had lower back pain due to a workout injury. Jennifer is very knowledgeable when it comes to muscles and how they work. She did deep tissue work, trigger point therapy and stretches. She is very thorough and informs you of what she doing and why. I have had multiple massages in my lifetime. Most for stress relief and relaxation. Only 1 other massage because of an injury. She worked the exact muscles that were hurting. She also gave me some at home pointers to do. I will be going back. There isn't anyone better than Carl! My wife and I have standing appointments every few weeks. The entire staff is warm and friendly and most important for me... they send me a text reminder for my appointments so I don't miss them. Carl is the Bomb-digity ask for him and be patient, he is worth the wait.
