The 5 stars is not just for the cut, but for the graciousness, patience and professionalism I experienced with Lace. I went in with some photos and a vague idea of what I wanted, showed them to her and she zoomed in on one that we agreed upon. Well, I balked at it when Lace was done. She worked with it a bit, but I just couldn't put my finger on why I was not happy with it. Lace was exceptionally patient and understanding, though she seemed confused as to why I wasn't happy. Everyone in the area thought it looked great, too. She had given me the cut, but I guess it just didn't look like I had envisioned. Maggie is so sweet! We had a great conversation and she listened my concerns and gave recommendations for hair products I should try. I hate getting haircuts but she made me super comfortable and like she actually wanted to talk to me and not just whoever was in the chair at the moment. The cut is good too, I just need to figure out how to style it. Overall a very enjoyable experience especially for only $25. Can't wait to come back!
My visit to the salon's new location was fantastic from start to finish. The space is modern, clean, and incredibly welcoming. My stylist, Makayla, did an absolutely amazing job. She listened perfectly to what I wanted and executed it with great skill and care. The entire experience was top-notch, making this an easy five-star review. I'll definitely be back!
