“I have a hectic schedule and we come as often as possible. My kids are avid gamers. They love all the electronics as any kid lol but these classes give my family a sense of balance. Between school, school sports and other activities this is the one where my kids always say they feel most at home. We had to take a break due to my work schedule but we are back at it. Its like they never skipped a beat. My boys are surrounded by upstanding role models and mentors and you can't put a price on that. I love all sports but the ability to defend yourself and have the self discipline to push yourself to be your best self is something my kids will have for life. My children are so much more confident because of the atmosphere he has created. A place where all belong and no judgment.”
