Placed a service call was so seamless and Jennifer was friendly, courteous & professional. The service tech, Jason, was amazing keeping me notified of the arrival time or delays and was so efficient and pleasant when making the repair in our office. Jason showed up on time and worked with my AC unit until he found the problem. He was very thorough and represented the company well. Once the problem was found, the company honored the issue with no run around. Would highly recommend them.
