Great company, great service, and great people! Everyone we encountered from scheduling to service was kind and helpful. Mr. Tim was such a professional and we appreciate his hard work. Our system was completely down in the dead of August. It was unfortunate that our system need so much replaced, but expected considering the age of it. Tim had all the parts and went to work. He even recommended the maintenance plan so that we could try to stay ahead of things in the future. This company goes above and beyond. Great communication with phone calls and text reminders, on-time to appointment, and a high degree professionalism. Patterson won’t try to just sell on equipment you don’t need. Communicates clearly during appointment on the status of your units. I would highly recommend them.

Thank you so much for getting my AC back up and running! Very customer oriented, honest company. Michelle called me first thing that morning and Trey was out after lunch. Trey was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. You know have a customer for life!
