Great communication with phone calls and text reminders, on-time to appointment, and a high degree professionalism. Patterson won’t try to just sell on equipment you don’t need. Communicates clearly during appointment on the status of your units. I would highly recommend them.

We have used Patterson since 2018. They provide our Heating & A/C preventative maintenance and have replaced now 3 Heating/AC systems. Most recently this included the air handler in our upstairs A/C unit. Tim and Mitch are the best! They are both very knowledgeable, professional and extremely competent.
