Jim and Ron have been our IT services company for over 10 years and have always been there to quickly resolve problems. I have two companies, Fishmaster and EasyAwn, and we are able to run everything on one server. We also have 4 desktop workstations they help manage. Only a couple times have they had to come to my office when there was hardware issues otherwise a phone call to them and our problem is solved remotely in minutes. I can not recommend them highly enough.
