Good Help Is Hard To Find: Not at LA Fitness (Snellville Location) I visited this location on 12/11/23 at 7pm and I was the recipient of good old fashion, amazing customer service. I am talking about: greeted with a warm smile, knowledgeable about the business, NOT a pushy salesperson; but, a salesperson nonetheless, SOLD! I will be starting my fitness journey in January 2023 -- Gregory Antoine, thank you for giving us your undivided, patient attention. LA Fitness Corporation is lucky to have you as an employee!
I love this location. I see it had terrible reviews and the only thing I could think of that was terrible was the air quality. The vents are disgusting and I told them about it. Other than that - all the machines work. Everytime which is a win for me. And the folks inside are actually working out. It's day 25 straight for me so no complaints.
