I have been a member of BODYPLEX Grayson for the past 3 years and I am here to stay. The gym is well-equipped with every machine you can think of and the free weights go up to 100+ lbs which is a big plus for my husband. I love the variety of classes offered for all fitness levels. The gym is clean and well maintained and we are always greeted by a friendly face upon entering the building. As long as I live in the area this is my home gym and I love it!

Amongst the best gyms I’ve ever had! Great staff, friendly & attentive. Equipment and sauna are clean and up to date. Membership is inexpensive as well. It’s a large gym but still has the family feel. You will not regret joining.

I was visiting from Dallas and felt very welcome at this gym. The ladies u front went out of there way to help me. I would recommend friends and family to join this gym as I highly recommend the gym
