Called this morning and they were here in just over an hour. Mr. Pierce and his son were congenial. He informed me of the issues and even showed pictures of my plumbing issues.
Melvin and Byron were amazing. Knowledgeable, personable and great prices. From my text to Melvin, to the house call, to issue resolved took 1hr. I definitely recommend and will be calling them again.

I appreciate Melvin and his son for coming out at such a short notice. I had a small gas leak in my water heater, I contacted Melvin at about 2 or 3 in the morning, received a response back within 3 hours at 6am, I responded at 9am and they were both at my door by 10am. Very professional, knowledgeable and prompt. I love the father and son Duo. His son is so polite; reminds me of my 20’year old son. I love to see our community doing positive and honest work and a father being a leader, guiding his son footsteps and son seems to be open to learning and getting the job done.
