We moved into a new commercial building about 5 minutes down the street from this company's office. We are now subject to the county's backflow testing program. This company's name is on the county's approved list so we reached out to them about getting our backflow valve inspected. They sent over paperwork, we filled it out & they lead us to believe everything was good to go. Well they just emailed us to tell us that they are too busy & are not interested in taking on our job.
