The PMI Terminus Team and Manager Charis Hollinger are exceptionally good at handling many issues. They are very present and pay attention to issues left undone for years. Their response time is great, and they are extremely helpful, going the extra mile. They are competent and fair, and it is a pleasure having them manage a community.

PMI is our fifth Management Company in 26 years and by far, the best. Charis, our community manager has been wonderful to work with. She has guided us through a very difficult process and been extremely responsive to our needs. PMI has an excellent portal where all documents are easily accessible and transparent. We appreciate the level of communication that PMI provides to keep all homeowners informed.
