If you live in the Zephyrhills area of Florida don't bother applying for a job with this company the manager teraz wing will lie to you for 6 months telling you that you got the job just to give it to someone else while still telling you that you got the job

This people are straight up thieves.They submitted a charge via Zygo for $4,000.00 in January, I asked at the office about it and was told they never submit charges, 2 weeks later they admitted they submitted it, but claim they never got it. My Credit Union on the other hand has stated several times that they were paid.They would ask for something, I would provide it and then they would claim they never got it then ask again for something from the bank, which was already provided.I'm literally looking into suing them right now for civil theft.

I'm a lung patient that lives in government subsided housing owned by Hallmark. My air has been messed up since Thanksgiving Day 2022. My central air doesn't work at all and I have to have it to breathe correctly. Nothing is ever fixed correctly, property has tree's down that hasn't been picked up and we are threatened that we will get wrote up for having anything of value. If we have inspection we can't leave cell phones laying out, smokers have to put cigarettes in generic packs, we have to have limited food in the apartment because they think we shouldn't be able to afford it.
