Finishing by Friday at 3pm was critical since we were returning with our older dog and a 12-week-old puppy, and they met the timeline exactly as promised—something we truly appreciated. One small correction was needed and they came back the very next morning to fix it. Todd Norman was professional and easy to work with, pricing was fair, and the workmanship was excellent.
