I'm going to start off by saying Megan is the best hands down. She acknowledged me as soon as I walked in. She helped me narrow down my search got me booked for my measurements and carpet was installed the next week (special circumstance). She saw my need to have it done right away. She was heaven sent! In all I would definitely recommend Kirklands Flooring, service was A+ all around the board.

We have yet to use their service but I must mention that we met a young lady by the name of Megan and her professionalism was impeccable. Immediately she introduced herself and once I started explaining myself to her she went straight to the product and was very patient with me in my selection. She gave me some professional tips and suggested that this may be ideal for our floor due to safety reasons. I was impressed and I did my research and the reputation of Kirkland speaks for itself. Stopped in and the rep, Andrew, was easy to work with and answered numerous questions. We will be moving forward Kirkland for our needs. They have flooring that is bullet proof ;)
