About LifeSpa
LifeSpa is a highly praised restaurant with an exceptional staff, particularly in the Kids Academy, where Jacinda and Carlos provide top-notch care. The trainers, including Nikki, bring great energy and knowledge to their group fitness classes. The studios are well-sized, allowing for comfortable spacing during classes, and the facility features a convenient covered deck parking area. However, some guests have reported issues with facility maintenance, including a lack of towels, disorganized equipment, and broken machines. Despite these drawbacks, LifeSpa remains a popular choice for those seeking a welcoming and energizing experience.
Reviews
Love, Markita McIntosh and McKenna. The girls are great!!!!
I had the most incredible massage with Joseph at Lifetime in Sandy Springs. His hands are truly magical — he knew exactly the right pressure I needed, and the experience was both deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. Joseph is not only the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to, but also a genuinely kind and caring person. I can’t recommend him enough. I know I’ll be returning regularly.
