This salon is known for its fast and friendly service, with skilled stylists who provide great cuts, including fades. The staff is amazing, with multiple well-qualified stylists on hand to cater to all hair types. With a welcoming atmosphere and a focus on timely service, Great Clips Atlanta is a great choice for a convenient and quality haircut.

The salon is praised for its professional and experienced stylists, such as Ms. Lee, who knows how to cut hair perfectly to suit each customer's needs. Customers appreciate the warm welcome they receive and the diligent service provided by the stylists. However, some customers have noted that the staff's smiles may disappear at the checkout, even with a tip, as it can be challenging to make a living working at Great Clips. Additionally, some customers have expressed disappointment with the advertised $9 haircut discount being limited to new customers only.
