When I tell you, my ENT team at the Glen Lake Kaiser Permanente facility is the best. I’ve got to give it up to Dr. Blake, Dr. Maslan, Miss Tonya, and all the team up there. Thank you for taking care of me and making sure I’m good. You guys are the best.
Recently had my follow up visit and wanted to give a shout out to Dr. Olson and Angela! They were so helpful from the beginning of my treatment to the end by taking time to explain what our treatment goals were and what the procedure entailed. I appreciated their compassion and professionalism. Definitely recommend Kaiser to friends and family from this experience.
Today my husband had an appointment in Orthopedics for pre-op knee replacement surgery. The doctor was delayed but nurse Alex went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable until the doctor arrived. I was cold , so he provided me with two gowns to drape over me and offered my husband and I something to drink. He brought my husband and I coffee- he even brought me two cups. Alex went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. He is absolutely wonderful.
