Excellent service, professional and caring. This includes the entire staff that I met! Rachel, the Nurse, is so kind, knowledgeable and honest about what can and can’t be accomplished and Anna and Joanna were also very sweet and helpful. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend Ideal to my friends.

I have been their client for over a year and I am absolutely blown away by the professionalism of the staff and the overall experience I had every time I visited. The atmosphere of the place is warm, staff is very welcoming and they go above and beyond in addressing every request or concern I have about the procedures. I am getting my Dysport injections every 3 months, and I have to say, the injectors are doing wonderful job! I also got my lip injections and I am loving the result! My lips look fabulous! I’ve gone to Ideal Health multiple times for Dysport, and each time has been an amazing experience. The staff is super friendly and accommodating! Terry has been awesome and thoughtful each time I’ve visited. I’ll continue to return!
