We recently purchased our first home and day one found a German roach infestation. I called Arrow Exterminators and was immediately helped with making an appointment. I was given lots of information on what to expect and how the appointment would go. The next day John called and was able to arrive sooner than expected. He was very thorough and knowledgeable on the situation. He answered any questions I had and made me feel much better about the situation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
