Honestly 5 stars are not enough for the professional and loving training my Bernedoodle, Winnie, received! She graduated from Alan's 8-week Puppy 101 boarding program with flying colors! She knows all of her commands: sit, wait, look, lay, heel, drop, and can walk with me on her leash. No more chewing, play biting, counter surfing. She also came home completely potty and crate trained! She lets me know when she needs to go out to potty. She is now the perfect, well mannered pup! My groomer said she could tell how well she was taken care of - her fur coat and skin was in perfect shape. And Winnie spoke volumes with the love and attachment she had for Alan. Alan is the BEST - a true dog whisperer! If you are looking for a dog trainer (which all dogs need trained), Alan is the only one!! Call him NOW!!

I’ve been working with Ami from KTI for quite some time now, and it has always been a pleasure. We have stumbled onto a couple of unpleasant situations e.g not picking up a load for mechanical/technical reasons but Ami has always been very professional and understanding of the situation. Very good shippers and receivers, never had any issues with set appointments or pickup numbers.
We do some dedicated lanes for bunch of other brokers and in the last year almost 90% of the brokers have reduced the rate on us. Only Ami has kept the original rate and mind you the lane in question is a VERY high demand lane and the rate is more than appropriate.
