I had the enhancement of gua sha for the first time, which was an interesting and cool technique to feel for my adhesions and break that stagnation up - found spots I didn't know I had. Oh, and when she worked on my posterior neck and sinus/face, I melted! Was very soothing and something new I experienced on my Subocciputals; and my congestion cleared up some!
