“HONEST & GENUINE! I initially didn’t have the best results however when I voiced it to the manager (Lucy) she was very understanding and acknowledged the work wasn’t the best. She had EXCELLENT customer service and offered to get me a whole new set with one of her best nail techs (Annie) she did my nails and they are BEAUTIFUL. And they know how to do nails too. Not that I’m a professional or anything, but I didn’t have to tell them what I like. Kevin made sure my nails weren’t too thick and looked so natural - it’s like he read my mind or he’s just that skilled. Emmy was a doll and gave me a great massage and pedicure. Jimmy, the owner, was nothing but kind over the phone and even more personable when I got there. You can tell the work environment is not only hygienic but healthy, emotionally and physically, as the staff all seem to enjoy each other and are happy without the pressure of work.
