Cindy the lead technician is pleasant and accommodating. Cindy wants you to be satisfied. If you’re not sure of what you want she will recommend a color and or technique style.
I love the women here at Oscar. They treat me like an old friend and I’m never disappointed in the way I look and feel after leaving their shop. The back and shoulder massage after each service is such a nice touch and very welcomed by this new mom with an infant at home ha.
