    Just another poorly run VA Clinic.

    Parking = 3 stars... it's small and a bit difficult to park a larger automobile

    Front desk staff = 4 stars

    Front Desk = REMOVE the Plexicglass and put all small walls, so the Veterans don't have to speak loudly for others to hear my information.

    Security of Information: 1 STAR..... the older man behind the counter couldn't hear me, so I had to speak loud enough for all the Waiting Room to hear my information

    UPDATE: They forgot to tell the Lab I was here. Lab staff not friendly. The door in the bathroom to leave... read full review

    Heartfelt thanks to Dr. VonguruSince 2009 I have received my healthcare services at the Rome Georgia VA as well as the Atlanta VA and more recently through Community Care providers. I am very thankful for all the care I have received. The Rome clinic struggled for years to keep a Doctor on staff. This changed when Dr. Vonguru came to Rome VA. From the first day I met her, until this very day, she has been a wonderful, caring, dedicated physician who has gone above and beyond my expectations to see that I receive the healthcare I need.     I have actually had a pretty good experience over all with this VA Clinic. My doctors have changed over time but they have all tried to address my concerns & issues, usually in a pretty timely manner.
