Joe has been out to fix my unit twice now. Once in the summer and once in the winter. Both times he was very punctual and able to fit me in first thing in the morning, making sure I had climate control before the day got worse.
He was helpful, and willing to answer questions. Aggressively narrowed down the problem, and fixed it with extensive trouble shooting to ensure the problem was repaired.
