Nice group. Always wanting to be helpful. Both my husband and I have needed their repeated services and assistance. Thankful for the therapists and nurses. Only negative is in scheduling; since we patients dont know of the appointment day/time until the night before or that same day there are going to be conflicts,. Not all patients are fully limited and might have their own plans or other appointments, this does not mean they are denying the service. Maybe a patient can choose an option to have notice (auto text?) sent when the schedule is made so they have the ability to reschedule that day if needed.

Great home health care can sometimes be hard to find, but this company goes above and beyond every single time. Holly Murdock is a person that I work with on a consistent basis and she makes every step a breeze. She answers her phone in a timely manner and communicates with both our company/patient to make sure no step is missed. She makes sure that each patient she takes on is taken care of and knows exactly what is going on. I wish I could write a novel on how wonderful Holly and Amedisys are. If you ever need a home health for patient or personal needs, this is it!

I have had Amedisys (nurse and PT) come to my house several times in the past 20 months ( had a few repeat performances!) The entire staff was outstanding. I feel like they have become family friends and am thankful for your company.
