Adam was amazing first visit and walking through all the steps and was understanding the extent of remodel that was going to be underway. Fast forward 4 months later, he checked in with me monthly, I was finally ready for install! He got me on schedule the following week, quote was the same, work was hussled by Cody, Dekota & Riley (and let me say THERE WERE SOME ISSUES WITH MY HOUSE) and they got it done! I have AC finally!!!!! They are patient, kind, and so accommodating. I will continue to use them for all services and maintenance here on out!
I had a family gathering planned following the passing of my father but our A/C stopped working in the evening. I called around 6:30 and they had a technician out first thing the next morning. Brad came out, found the problem right away, and fixed it. He was very friendly and super knowledgeable. While he was there he explained a lot of the technical aspects of how it all works. He sounded like an expert for sure. My family appreciates that we could depend on this company when we were in a tight spot and they came through for us. I have found a new A/C repair company that I will continue to use. Thank you Brad.
Our duct work was old and beyond repair. The team redesigned our system and made a plan . Cody and Dakota put in some serious work to make it happen. A+ service and I would recommend to anyone.
