staff over worked, not nearly enough people to take care of the patients. the Dr tending my dad just doesn't respond and doesn't really seem to care. we've been asking for something for pain for 14 hours and the nurse said the Dr said he hasn't had time to order anything or check it out. unacceptable!!! I'm trying to find out how to get in touch with the patient advocate to see if they can help. from 3pm to 8pm yesterday nobody ever came to the room to check on the beeping, dry iv bags and machine. I pitched a fit at 8 and finally got some help. from 3-8 they wouldn't even answer the nurse call button. this place is nothing like it was when Redmond was running it. Redmond was so much more caring and better all the way around.

The confusion with my bill has never been corrected no matter who I have talked to in the last 6 months.

Yall need to stop going to become Nurses and CNAs because itβs trendy. Then you actually get a job and realize that these are real patients with real situations, real trauma & real DEATH! Itβs more than just cute scrubs and a BOGG bag with a Stanley Cup. You have to have the skill, will and empathy to work in Healthcareπ©Ί I was admitted 3rd floor couple months ago. it was the most horrible experience in my life. the only nurse treated me with respect was nurse Cassandra (Night Shift nurse)she was a blessing
