I called Brian because I desperately needed help with my laptop. I am a serious genealogy fanatic. I could not open my Ancestry account for several weeks. I saw several reviews about Brian's ability to solve computer problems. Brian spent a good amount time remotely and really did wonders fixing my problem. He is VERY knowledgeable, and I highly recommend him if you are having computer problems.
