Highly recommended! These guys are the best!!! They have always turned around my business-critical computers with incredible speed and I've never had an issue with their work. Wes just handled the transition of my old home/business computer to a new rig and it was amazing! Got it home and I was up and running in literally a few minutes, as opposed to a week or more (of my time) if I had tried to do it myself. They took all the guesswork out of it! I can't say enough good things about these guys!

My daughter was home on break when her computer went down. Wes patiently listened and actively worked to fix her computer---on a Friday when we were a walk-in. This was an emergency for her. While there was little that could be done to fix the computer, Wes was able to retrieve the hard disk and save her work. We think the level of customer service is just incredible. We have a lot of confidence in Alto Computers and Wes. Thanks for helping my daughter out!

Wes has helped me a couple times and it has always been a great experience. He's patient and clear with his explanations. Takes time to listen and ensure the repair is done to return my computer back to how I want it rather than just issuing the direct repair and leaving back end details for me to configure or tweak. Cost is amazing, communication is fantastic and clear and repair time is incredibly fast. Absolutely my go to for tech repairs outside of my comfort zone.
