This isn’t going to be short. 🤭 I’m gonna begin with the character and urgency of this company. While my teenage daughter was traveling for vacation on the interstate, some materials became insecure and splattered commercial caulk on her car to include half of her windshield. She pulled up to the driver to let him know he was losing material then pulled off the interstate. She took a photo of the truck, When she called me she was so worried and didn’t know what to do, she couldn’t get out off and her vision was blocked from the substance. The RPI Service team came out and completed my annual RoofGuard. They cleaned the leaves and spanish moss off my metal roof and even cleaned out my gutters. Ike was very professional and let me know what they were doing the entire time. I even received a roof report via email the next day.
