“This isn’t going to be short. ? I’m gonna begin with the character and urgency of this company. While my teenage daughter was traveling for vacation on the interstate, some materials became insecure and splattered commercial caulk on her car to include half of her windshield. She pulled up to the driver to let him know he was losing material then pulled off the interstate. She took a photo of the truck, When she called me she was so worried and didn’t know what to do, she couldn’t get out off and her vision was blocked from the substance. I called the company to see if they could recommend a cleaner or something to help with getting the substance off, the sweet lady, Amber, answered and immediately took action, calling me back immediately and texting me with updates. The driver, Ashley, and Safety Director Patrick, met my daughter within 20-25 minutes. They brought cleaner and hand scrubbed and scraped her car, not damaging anything, and even paid for a Carwash for her after. They continuously apologized and even called me to be sure I was in the loop. The character and integrity of this company just from this encounter tells me everything I need to know about them! With the motto being “Do Right”, they really go above and beyond. They’re not like other companies that try to avoid and deflect! These are real all around great people.“
