Things have not been perfect since we moved into New Haven at Belmont Glenn. We’ve had a variety of issues ranging from sprinklers to AC issues right outside of the 2 year, and flooding out back due to poor drainage.

Yesterday, while dealing with the AC unit, we were under the impression the repair would be covered completely. Although it was our misunderstanding and responsibility being a couple months outside of the two year window, Stephanie (owner) with Earnest Homes, answered and stopped driving to help find my warranty AND covered the labor bill for us, even being outside of the window.

We just closed on our home and had a fantastic experience. The builder's sales agent, Tony, was very helpful and responsive. We communicated regularly with Stephanie and our builder David, and they were wonderful. David especially went out of his way to make sure everything was up to high standards. We are so pleased and would highly recommend Ernest Homes to anyone wanting a custom build experience.

Ernest Signature Custom Homes makes such an amazing product. From the moment we walked into our now new home, we knew it was the one. From the standard features that other builders consider a costly upgrade to the friendly and caring staff. Benji was great from the start, he was very knowledgeable and was only one phone call or text away. He worked diligently with out lender, Carol Schretter, to get use closed before the new year. David made sure our home was perfect and truly has an eye for detail. Stephanie kept us informed and made sure all went as planned.
