“Things have not been perfect since we moved into New Haven at Belmont Glenn. We’ve had a variety of issues ranging from sprinklers to AC issues right outside of the 2 year, and flooding out back due to poor drainage.
Yesterday, while dealing with the AC unit, we were under the impression the repair would be covered completely. Although it was our misunderstanding and responsibility being a couple months outside of the two year window, Stephanie (owner) with Earnest Homes, answered and stopped driving to help find my warranty AND covered the labor bill for us, even being outside of the window.
