Not only did the inspection within 3 day of my call, they were able to schedule the demolition and mold remediation within a week. Adam, Gregoria, and Victor set to work first thing Thursday morning, then Victor and Gregoria finished the demolition by 5 PM. Their work ethic is stupendous and amazing. Wonderful people! Not only that but the owners, Jaime and Jim were checking in every so often to see how it was going. Service like this is beyond valuable. “Had lots of remodeling of 3 bathrooms, closet redesign, wood floors installed in bedrooms. Working with Rocco Remodeling was a pleasure and Hayner had great ideas that combined with my visions. Since it was a very complex job, it took numerous months. Covid played into the timeframe causing shortages of materials and coordinating of sequencing of labor. However, the results are stellar.We also had them paint our house which was a change of paint color and shutters accented in a grey color. Again the job looks fantastic.I recommend this remodeling company and possibly have materials acquired before the demolition starts. It was worth the wait but might have been easier to live in if over a shorter period of time“
