He meet with the insurance agent at our house and went over his findings with the agent which I think made a huge difference on the amount we received for the roof. The whole process was smooth and effortless because of him. They showed up on time, did a great job. After the roof and skylights were replaced we had a issue going on with our ceiling, thought it was the roof, it wasn't, Tyler came out and looked at it and fixed the issue for us ( he did not have to help us since it was unrelated to the roof but he did it anyways).
