I called Jenkins Plumbing after noticing water stains spreading across my ceiling — a stressful situation since the source wasn’t obvious. They sent Dane who came out promptly, methodically traced the leak to its origin, and clearly explained what was going on before starting any work. The repair was done efficiently and cleanly, with care taken to minimize any additional damage to the ceiling area. What impressed me most was his diagnostic skill. Ceiling leaks can be tricky to pin down, and he located it quickly without unnecessary exploratory work. Joe came out to address plumbing concerns with our new build. He, not only was professional but willing to provide answers to other questions related to plumbing and the upkeep of the home. It's not often that you find contractors, who are welcoming, personable, and professional. Keep up the great work Joe! If there are any other plumbing concerns, hopefully, Joe will be the assigned contractor for our home.
