To preface, Im am not terribly knowledgeable about technology so when my pc started acting up I was dumbfounded. Not only was the staff friendly but they also broke down and explained the issues I was having with my device and have been extremely communicative during the process!
Awesome service. Dylan treated as if it was his computer. he helped in so many ways. would highly recommend their profesional attitude and how they explained how to fix my laptop. i would use their service again ranked them highly.
Professional. Good customer service. Fixed my computer before the promised date. The issue was a Windows restart loop (or something like that). They were able to restore my computer and my files.
